The cuisine
Regional dishes of the Veneto and creative cuisine.

These words have well explained our food proposals since the first wine and food contests in 1964. The tradition has been handed down from father to son. By accepting new challenges and being supported by our family, we have always compared ourselves with the most skilful masters of the gastronomic world to improve our capacities and learn new recipes or modern cooking systems. That is why we can satisfy even the most demanding guests.
The cuisine of the Pedrocchi restaurant is made up of Venetian recipes that change according to the season and follow the tradition and local tastes, while also introducing modern hints.
The constant research of the best local ingredients allow us to offer a different cuisine in every season:

  • In autumn  specialities based on mushrooms, pumpkins and Radicchio di Treviso, meat or game on the spit..
  • In the spring  you will find asparagus from Bassano, recipes based on the cherries from Marostica,Torresani on the spit on request.
  • In the summer we propose creative menus based on fish, fruit and vegetables.
You can always find the traditional la sopressa D.O.P served with our own vegetables marinated in oil and our pickled vegetables, then local salami and creative appetizers.
For those who love strong tastes we recommend our Bigoli alla Pedrocchi, made by Father Nicola with his artisan press; these specialities are still a tradition and are appreciated by many guests that come back to order this simple, but delicious, dish.
Meat: veal, beef, grilled pork meat, roast meat, Tosella, roast piglet, filet with pepper, thinly sliced grilled steak with mustard, currant or rosemary.
Always leave some room for Nicoletta's Tiramisù, short pastry pies with apples, cherries or with pears and chocolate; try them and you will not be disappointed.
