For those who love strong tastes we recommend our Bigoli alla Pedrocchi, made by Father Nicola with his artisan press; these specialities are still a tradition and are appreciated by many guests that come back to order this simple, but delicious, dish. Meat: veal, beef, grilled pork meat, roast meat, Tosella, roast piglet, filet with pepper, thinly sliced grilled steak with mustard, currant or rosemary. Always leave some room for Nicoletta's Tiramisù, short pastry pies with apples, cherries or with pears and chocolate; try them and you will not be disappointed.
